Ankarsrum Essential Drums Set for Vegetable Cutter

Three More Textures from Your Vegetable Cutter

This set complements the slicing, coarse grating, and medium-coarse grating drums supplied with the Ankarsrum Vegetable Cutter. Together, the additional drums give you more control when a recipe calls for a finer grate, narrow shreds, or finely processed potatoes.

Each drum installs in the existing Vegetable Cutter housing, so you can change the result without adding another complete attachment to your kitchen.

What stands out

Signature Features

Shredder drum

Cuts root vegetables, potatoes, vegetables, and fruit into narrow strips for salads, sides, and other prep.

Dumpling drum

Finely processes raw potatoes for potato dumplings and similar recipes.

Vegetable Cutter expansion

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the Vegetable Cutter to use these drums?

Yes. They fit the Vegetable Cutter's housing and don't work on their own.

What do the three drums do?

The fine grater handles Parmesan, chocolate, nuts and almonds; the shredder cuts vegetables and fruit into narrow strips; the dumpling drum finely processes raw potatoes.

How are they different from the drums that come with the Vegetable Cutter?

The Vegetable Cutter has slicing, coarse and medium grating drums. This set adds three textures it can't do on its own.

Are they safe to handle?

The cutting surfaces sit on the outside of each drum, so there are no sharp edges inside when you remove the food.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, all three.
