The Premium Cookie Beaters are made from sturdy 3.5 mm stainless steel wire for creaming butter and sugar, blending thicker batters, and working chilled butter in small pieces into pastry or pie dough. They are designed to mix up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough.
