More Copper, More Control

CopperBond Aura takes a different approach from Hestan's standard CopperBond collection. Its 2-ply construction bonds 1.5 mm of pure copper directly to a super-fine satin stainless steel interior, putting more copper into the vessel for exceptionally quick response when you raise or lower the heat.

That responsiveness matters in a 6-quart stock pot. It gives you more control when bringing stock toward a simmer, managing a braise, cooking soups, or making temperature adjustments during longer stovetop preparations.
