Free UPS Next Day Shipping for orders placed before 2pm CST for the contiguous United States.

Orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the next day.

Alaska and Hawaii will take 3-5 days.

We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.

When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in its original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

Use & Care

Use fresh coffee beans and follow on-screen care prompts. Clean the milk system daily after preparing milk drinks, using JURA milk system cleaner. Run the machine's rinsing, cleaning, and descaling programs when prompted, using JURA care products. Replace the CLEARYL Smart+ filter when indicated. Wi-Fi Connect V2 is optional and required for J.O.E. app functions and the Coffee Timer.
