Marcato Pastadrive Motor for Atlas & Ampia Pasta Machines

Electric bayonet-drive motor for compatible Marcato Atlas and Ampia pasta machines with continuous and pulse operation

The Marcato Pastadrive Motor converts compatible Atlas and Ampia pasta machines from hand-crank operation to powered rolling and cutting. The bayonet connection mounts directly to the machine, freeing both hands to guide pasta sheets while eliminating the need to clamp the pasta machine to the work surface.

Why Order from Design & Grace

Authorized Marcato retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Marcato retailer, so you receive genuine Marcato equipment backed by the full manufacturer warranty.

Ships from Texas: Your Marcato Pastadrive is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas facility.

Keep both hands on the pasta: Powered operation lets you guide the dough into and out of the rollers with both hands, which is especially useful for long sheets and larger batches.

Turn Your Marcato Pasta Machine into a Powered Machine

Pastadrive attaches to compatible Marcato machines through the bayonet coupling used for the hand crank. Once installed, the motor drives the rollers continuously so you can concentrate on feeding, supporting, and catching the pasta sheet rather than turning a crank at the same time.

A second pulse setting gives you momentary control when you want to advance the dough in shorter increments. Because the motor stabilizes the machine during operation, Marcato also allows compatible machines to be used on a flat surface without the table clamp.

Signature Features

Atlas and Ampia compatibility: Pastadrive is designed for Marcato Atlas and Ampia pasta machines, subject to production-date compatibility.

Hands-free crank replacement: The electric motor takes over the hand-crank function so both hands remain available to manage the pasta sheet.

Bayonet coupling: The motor attaches directly to the pasta machine with Marcato's quick mechanical connection.

Continuous operation: Switch position I runs the motor continuously for steady rolling and cutting.

Pulse operation: Switch position II provides momentary powered movement for greater control when positioning dough.

No table clamp required: With Pastadrive installed, compatible machines can be operated on a suitable flat surface without clamping them to the counter.

Atlas 150 accessory support: Pastadrive works with compatible Atlas 150 cutting accessories except Ravioli, Reginette, and Mafaldine.

Ergonomic housing: Marcato shapes the motor housing to make installation, removal, and handling straightforward.

From Our Founder

"Pastadrive makes the biggest difference when you are rolling long sheets or making a larger batch. Having both hands free to guide the dough makes the process easier to control, and you can still go back to the hand crank whenever you prefer manual operation."

Tony Boulton, Founder, Design & Grace
