The Ascent X5 includes automatic programs for Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Soups, Frozen Cocktails, Dips & Spreads, Smoothie Bowls, Frappés, Nut Butters, Non-Dairy Milks, and Spice Grinding. Each program controls the speed and blending time, then stops when the cycle is complete.

Variable Speed Control gives you direct texture control for recipes that do not need a preset. The digital timer tracks manual blends, while the Add 15 Seconds button extends an automatic program without restarting the entire cycle.
