We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

The Jura GIGA 10 Diamond Black bundle pairs the machine's two grinders and 35 specialties with an extra filter, cleaning supplies, a glass milk container and 1 lb of Design & Grace House Blend Coffee Beans. Keep two coffees loaded, select genuine Cold Brew and customize drinks through the 6.7-inch Panorama Coffee Panel.

Two coffees ready for different preferences
The GIGA 10 lets you keep two different coffees loaded and choose the bean container in Aroma Selection before preparation. Use a darker roast for espresso, a different coffee for milk drinks, or a blend. The touch-operated Panorama Coffee Panel lets you adjust drink size, intensity and the balance of coffee, milk and milk foam.
For one of the 11 Cold Brew versions, activate Cold Brew in Aroma Selection. Extra Shot gives selected milk specialties a more intense coffee taste. Sweet Foam works with the syrup attachment for the dual spout, sold separately: fit the attachment and choose a milk drink such as a latte to flavor its milk foam during preparation. The menu uses Macchiato for the drink also known as espresso macchiato.

Two grinders: Separate ceramic disc grinders and bean containers let you keep two coffees loaded and choose the beans for each drink.
35 specialties: Explore espresso and coffee classics, milk drinks, 11 Cold Brew versions and four Extra Shot versions.
Genuine Cold Brew: The Cold Extraction Process pulses cold water through ground coffee at high pressure.
Panorama panel: The 6.7-inch touchscreen lets you select drinks and adjust size, intensity and the ratio of coffee to milk and milk foam.
Grind adjustment: Electronically adjustable ceramic disc grinders offer five grind levels, with Automatic Grinder Adjustment and active bean monitoring.
Extra Shot: Two brewing operations, each using half the water, give selected milk specialties a more intense coffee taste.
Long coffees: Americano and lungo combine coffee with hot water, while a cold water bypass supports long Cold Brew specialties.
Dual systems: The machine has two pumps, two thermoblocks and two fluid systems.
Fitted Wi-Fi: JURA Wi-Fi Connect connects to J.O.E. through a 2.4 GHz home network.
Daily capacity: An 87.9 oz water tank and two 9.9 oz bean containers supply the machine.
Bundle extras: Additional care supplies, a glass milk container and House Blend coffee beans accompany the Swiss-made machine.

Which Filter Should I Use For My Jura Coffee Machine?

Most current Jura machines use the CLEARYL Smart+ filter (part number 24234), while some earlier models require CLEARYL Blue or CLEARYL White filters.
