Use & Care
Do not place the machine or accessories in the dishwasher.
Allow remaining pasta dough to dry before brushing it away.
Use a dry brush to remove flour and dried dough from rollers and cutters.
Wipe exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth when necessary.
Remove combs and scrapers when deeper cleaning is required.
Clean the ravioli attachment according to Marcato's dry-cleaning instructions and allow any removable parts to dry completely before reassembly.
Do not insert knives or sharp objects between rollers or cutters.
Begin with a thicker roller setting and reduce the dough thickness gradually.
Secure the Atlas firmly to a suitable work surface with the included clamp before manual operation.
Store all components completely dry.

The Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine Classic Pasta Gift Set, officially called Pastaset, expands the traditional Atlas Classic 150 with dedicated spaghetti and ravioli accessories. Along with the machine's standard lasagna, fettuccine, and tagliolini capability, the set gives you five classic pasta formats in one coordinated package.

Five Pasta Shapes from One Classic System
The Atlas Classic 150 rolls pasta sheets up to 150 mm wide and uses a 10-position thickness regulator for gradually reducing dough to the thickness your recipe requires. The standard cutting attachment handles fettuccine and tagliolini, while the smooth rollers prepare sheets for lasagna, filled pasta, and other sweet or savory dough.
Pastaset adds a dedicated spaghetti cutter and ravioli attachment, expanding the machine from the three standard Atlas formats to five core pasta shapes. The Atlas bayonet coupling also supports Marcato's optional Pastadrive motor for powered rolling and compatible cutting accessories.
