Marcato Atlas 150+ Powder Pink Pasta Machine

Marcato Atlas 150+ Powder Pink Pasta Machine

Made-in-Italy 150 mm pasta machine for lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti with 10 thickness settings

The Marcato Atlas 150+ Powder Pink Pasta Machine rolls and cuts fresh pasta with the precise adjustment and durable Italian construction that have made Atlas a kitchen standard since 1965. The updated Atlas+ design makes four pasta formats straight from the box, while the soft Powder Pink finish gives the machine a distinctive look without changing the proven mechanics underneath.

Why Order from Design & Grace

Authorized Marcato retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Marcato retailer, so you receive genuine Marcato equipment backed by the full manufacturer warranty.

Four pasta formats from one machine: Atlas+ gives you lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti while remaining compatible with additional Atlas accessories and the optional Pastadrive motor.

Roll, Cut, and Expand

The 150 mm rollers handle sheets for lasagna, filled pasta, hand-cut shapes, and sweet or savory dough. A clearly numbered 10-position thickness adjustment lets you reduce the dough gradually from approximately 4.8 mm to 0.5 mm for consistent results.

The included cutting assembly produces 6.5 mm fettuccine and 2 mm round spaghetti. For 1.5 mm tagliolini, roll the pasta sheet to settings 8 or 9 and pass it through the spaghetti rollers.

Signature Features

150 mm rollers: Roll pasta sheets up to approximately 6 inches wide for lasagna, filled pasta, and long pasta shapes.

10 thickness settings: The adjustment dial ranges from approximately 4.8 mm at setting 0 to 0.5 mm at setting 9.

Four included pasta formats: Make lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti with the standard Atlas+ setup.

6.5 mm fettuccine: The included cutter produces broad ribbons suited to substantial sauces.

2 mm round spaghetti: Atlas+ adds round spaghetti to the standard machine without requiring a separate cutter.

1.5 mm tagliolini: Thin the sheet to settings 8 or 9 and use the spaghetti rollers to create fine tagliolini.

Anodized aluminum rollers: Marcato uses anodized aluminum food-contact rollers designed to avoid releasing harmful dust or particles into the dough.

Pastadrive compatible: The bayonet connection lets you operate the machine with the included crank or add Marcato's optional Pastadrive motor.

Removable combs and scrapers: Cleaning components can be removed to make flour and dried dough easier to clear from the rollers.

Powder Pink finish: The soft pink color belongs to Marcato's Powder Collection within the Design range.

Made in Italy: Marcato manufactures Atlas+ entirely in Italy.

From Our Founder

"Atlas works because the process stays simple and repeatable: roll the dough gradually, choose the cut, and let the machine give you the consistency that is difficult to achieve by hand. Powder Pink adds some personality without changing what makes Atlas so useful."
