Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping can take between 1-5 business days.
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

HORL products are backed by the manufacturer’s statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
For new products, customers are covered against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal household use. Used or refurbished items may carry a reduced warranty period where permitted by law.
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Nothing in this warranty limits any rights relating to personal injury, gross negligence, fraud, or other protections provided under applicable law.

- Use after the Diamond Standard or Diamond Coarse disc has established the cutting edge
- Hone both sides of the blade to remove the sharpening burr
- Allow the integrated grooves to clear loose grinding residue from the edge
- Use HORL Quick Lock to remove or install the disc
- Keep the ceramic surface free of excessive grinding residue between uses
- Store the disc in a dry location
