After intensive research and countless tests on knives made of steels of all degrees of hardness, we found that a unique mirror-like sharpness can be achieved with a wide range of knives. Whether with the classic steels of European kitchen knives or high-quality Damascus and carbon steels, with the HORL ® Kagami you can take all of your knives to a whole new level of sharpness.
STEP BY STEP TO
MIRROR-LIKE SHARPNESS
Make sure that the blade is also free of any burr. Fully use all of the HORL ® Premium Set. Further sharpen your blade for at least 5 minutes each side until mirror-sharp. It is important to always clean the blade and the whetstone between sides so that no abrasion particles can scratch the mirrored edge. As a final fine smoothing, slightly moisten the HORL ® Kagami and use for a further minute each side.

Domestic shipping can take between 1-5 business days.
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.
Warranty Information
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply. In the case of used goods, the limitation period for defect claims is one year from delivery of the goods.
