Two Angles, Held Securely
The magnetic angle support positions the blade at either 15° or 20°. The 15° side is intended for fine blades made from hard steels such as quality carbon and Damascus steel, while the 20° side creates a more durable edge for European chef’s knives, outdoor knives, and pocket knives.
